  • How do API credits work?
    API credits are consumed differently depending on the builder and features you use: Light Builder: Basic Chatbot: 1 credit per interaction RAG Chatbot: 2 credits per interaction (includes knowledge retrieval) Dream & Workflow Builder: Most processing nodes: 1 credit per execution Input/Output nodes: Free Data processing nodes (e.g., text splitting, vector store insertion): Credits based on document volume Consult the product documentation for more information on each node credit usage.
  • What happens if I run out of credits?
    You can purchase additional credits at any time. We offer packages of 1000 credits for $20, which can be added to any plan. Your features will continue to work as long as you have available credits.
  • Do credits expire?
    Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits from your monthly allocation do not roll over to the next month.
  • What's included in each plan?
    All plans include access to our builders and core features. The main differences are in the number of credits, builds allowed, server infrastructure, and level of support provided.
  • What's the difference between shared and dedicated servers?
    Shared servers are used by multiple customers but maintain strict data isolation. Dedicated servers are exclusively for your organization, offering enhanced performance and customization options.
  • Can I use all builders with any plan?
    Yes, all plans include access to Light Builder, Dream Builder, and Workflow Builder. The difference lies in usage limits and infrastructure.
